Pook & Pook Serves up New York Slab Table for $92,000

DOWNINGTON, PENN. — The Van Rensselaer New York slab table brought a premium price at Pook & Pook, this past Saturday, November 23, selling at $92,000, including premium,.

The table was cataloged as a rare circa 1770 Chippendale marble-top table with a serpentine edged white marble top overhanging a conforming frame with bold cabriole legs and terminating in well defined ball and claw feet. The table measured 28 inches high and 47 inches wide.
