Brass and Glass Solar Stand Lamp. Brass font with side refill cap, raised on an opalescent to opaque white pillar-molded stem with sapphire blue applied ribs and gilt decoration, and a double-step marble base with cast brass floral and scroll ornamentation. Fitted with a period set-up comprising a Holmes, Booth & Haydens/Jones No. 2 lip burner, a cast-brass prism/shade ring with an assembled set of 16 Snowflake prisms, a frosted and engraved Oregon shade, and a lip chimney. Possibly Dietz & Company. Mid 19th century. 22 3/8" high to top of shade.
