Liverpool pitcher with the “Apotheosis of Washington” on one side and a United States ship flying the American flag on the other side. This huge pitcher, 11½ inches tall, has traces of the original gold gilt and is in truly superb condition with strong transfers and no repairs. It dates circa 1800 and is one from a collection of historical Liverpool and 1812 pitchers to be offered at the show.
