PROVINCETOWN, MASS. — Leading Bakker Auctions’ October 17 online fall auction was a Herman Maril (1908-1986) oil on canvas titled “Palette Corner” that earned $11,520, including buyer’s premium. The artist, who lived and painted in Provincetown for nearly 30 years, created this work in 1975. More highlights to appear in an upcoming issue.
