A Rare Pair Of Tenon-Armed Braced Back Windsor Chairs with incised crest rails and arms, vase-turned spindles, deeply sculpted seats, and exceptionally well-turned legs and stretchers. In an old red stain over an original brown/red. Maple and ash with mahogany arms. There is a crack in one arm where it meets the crest rail, and there is a face patch on the other chair where the front post meets the arm.
