Horse Trade Sign- Price Upon Request
A zinc horse trade sign, iron decorative bracket and chains, American, found in a private collection in New York State near Albany, circa 1920–30. This double-sided sign most likely hung outside a horse farm has great presence and is an expression of American folk art. The total height is 47 inches by 39 inches; horse height is 24 inches by 29 inches by 2 inches deep. The original iron bracket height is 18½ inches by 35 inches wide by 1½ inches deep.
