A large handmade cloth doll, 30 inches tall, American, New England, third quarter of the Nineteenth Century. Her costume and construction are all original and faintly seen are her drawn-on facial features. Her period straw hat was a later addition. Provenance: Hues family, Mammoth Road, Manchester, N.H.
