Early oil on canvas, previous attribution to Francesco Zuccharelli (Italian, 1702 - 1788), figures by arched entry including nobleman on horseback possibly forced laborers in foreground, ornately carved oval 19th C. frame, minor surface wear to painted surface includes some craquelure mostly at center and bottom, minor gaps between painting and frame, frame with cracks, craquelure, and some loss to surface finish, ss: 23 1/2" h x 19 3/4" w.
