F. Tait", inscribed on panel verso "A. F. Tait, 1878, No. 91", in gilt frame, toning, small amount of scattered inpainting, slight rubbing/loss to signature, later varnish, scattered residue/ yellowed varnish, splatter etc., ss: 16 1/2" h. x 13 1/2" w.
